This website belongs to Cumbria Arabians, Over Whitlaw Farm, Selkirk, Scottish Borders TD7 4QN. We are responsible for any personal information you send us through it. If you have any questions about this policy, call Tom Walling on 07870 869822 or Ian Walling on 07749 724349, or write to us at the address above.
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the enquiry form on our Contact page: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to buy a horse or semen from us, to arrange that with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.
We do not sell your information, use it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
The enquiry form is handled by Formspree, which passes your message on to us by email. Formspree stores a copy of submissions on its servers, which may be outside the UK, under its own privacy policy.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any sale that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
